Problem?- drone seems to be a bit unstable flight And i Am getting the
message;" backward vision sensor calibration fault, precision hovering and obstacle avoidance may fail"

Was unit in a crash?- Aye, but Not serious- into a bush, prop damage

What have you tried so far? - emailed DJI back up- they said to launch DJI assistant 2- which i dont have. They told me how to download it from their website- which didnt work considering im using a mac. Mac wont permit download of software that is not from the App store. Has anyone washed this Successfully and if then how?

What device are you using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)? -using both iPad and iPhone

What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)? - whatever came with it

What Get app version are y'all using?- DJI Go 4

Any modification? (if so what)- no

Did yous alter annihilation or install any apps? (if and then what)- no

Download it. Open information technology.
When you get the message virtually security, do This
> Apple Symbol in upper left > Organisation Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > Allow apps downloaded from. (you may need to unlock the lock symbol beneath)
Select DJI Banana and finish the install

Select DJI Assistant and stop the install

i did that (see zipper) and I nonetheless don't accept the option to open the App anyway. I cannot get to that last footstep- Select DJI Banana.

Try downloading with Safari instead of Chrome.

Caveat Emtor
If you use a Mac, you might desire to get with a drone other than DJI. Though if youre reading this you already own 1 ?

I have now logged more than hours trying to solve the problem than i have flying the Mavic Air. They go on trying to tell. me its a trouble with the Catalina operating system- which i am not using.

Try downloading with Safari instead of Chrome.

I have finally downloaded both the app and the driver. The app is installed, but I tin can't install the driver. Their instructions tell me to do some thing that the program won't let me do which is enter my password.

Tin you lot mail service a screen shot?

Information technology should be asking for your admin password to permit the driver to install. Why are you lot maxim it won't let enter your password? Wrong password, greyed out option?

I believe this was brought upwardly in some other thread. I believe y'all tin can ignore installing the driver.

Can you mail a screen shot?

It should be asking for your admin password to allow the driver to install. Why are you lot saying it won't let enter your password? Wrong password, greyed out option?

This looks similar to what I had in Sierra. I merely dismissed the windows and mine worked okay.

Did y'all manage to get the install to work in the end?
